  Предложили ремонт принтера за 170 евро с гарантией 3 месяца. Новый с гарантией год стоит 140. Не хотите ремонтировать, платите за диагностику 30

  За ремонт принтера хотят в два раза больше, чем новый стоит. В чём поломка объяснять не хотят. За диагностику всё равно деньги взяли. 😡

  I must agree to Brad! Have experienced the same situation. Waiting for my Samsung printer to be fixed already more than 30 days. They haven`t done anything at all and who knows how many months I`ll have to wait. Stay away from this company and use any other! Customer service is below any expectations.

  Man šeit laboja telefonu. Sataisīja, viss kārtībā, vienīgi jāgaida bija kāda nedēļa, bet tas jau noteikti atkarīgs no remonta veida un maināmajām detaļām.

  I've previously used this company a few months ago and would clearly give a 5 star back then but not right now.... if I could give 0 stars I would. My wife's laptop has been in there nearly a month. It's taken them 2 weeks to even call us once they had a quick look, it's been nearly another 2 weeks and nothing. We've called and emailed several times and still no return calls or emails. Absolutely shocking customer service.
