::I must agree to Brad! Have experienced the same situation. Waiting for my Samsung printer to be fixed already more than 30 days. They haven`t done anything at all and who knows how many months I`ll have to wait. Stay away from this company and use any other! Customer service is below any expectations.

::I've previously used this company a few months ago and would clearly give a 5 star back then but not right now.... if I could give 0 stars I would. My wife's laptop has been in there nearly a month. It's taken them 2 weeks to even call us once they had a quick look, it's been nearly another 2 weeks and nothing. We've called and emailed several times and still no return calls or emails. Absolutely shocking customer service.
