::The staff was incredibly incompetent, didn't know what word suspension means, or dropper post. And it wasnt the language issue, I speak the local language. Furthermore, the shop didn't have a suspension pump to lend, although the have several selling. And this hasn't been the first time, it seems that all management cares about is selling expensive gear to amatures. A disgrace to bicycle community.
