I have been working with Sonora for some months giving them more time a possibility. I must say that they have a very limited control on the trucks, they have no idea about when they can pick up a cargo, they have no idea about the route, they have hard problems in keeping the delivery day. But still... they make you always promises, they always grant a quick and precise service, they say on the phone “the truck is near you”, “we are ready to deliver soon”. Honestly there are other forwarding agents who are much more reliable.
