  Really bad attitude from security staff (racism) I use to visit here almost everyday last day i had really bad experience from your security staff, i just took selfie of mine I wasn’t aware of that im not allowed to take photo here , but because of simple selfie your security staff behaved to me very badly and rude way he send me out from the casino because of this simple reason , even he didn’t allow me to talk to to the manager he push me from the casino to outside , in the middle of the conversation he said that he is racist. At that point i understood that why he is behaving like this , please place educated staff there this kind of person really shame of casino, not only casino your country as well, we use to spend thousands of euros but if this is the attitude to your customers its really shameful, Please educate your staff or fire him this kind of guy not deserve to work there , because of this incident me and our friends stopped visiting your casino, The same security staffs bad behavior isn’t the first time we are facing , please take action against him ,His name is Ruslan Waiting for your response

  Kävin kasinolla samana iltana, kun järjestettiin iso nyrkkeilyilta ja kasinon sponsoroima nyrkkeilijä oli illan pääottelussa. Paljon porukkaa, hyvä tunnelma ja poikkeuksellisen hyvin käyttäytyviä asiakkaita. Riittävästi TV-näyttöjä, joista katsoa helposti ottelua. Pieni miinus hitaasta palvelusta tiskillä, vaikka porukkaa oli paljon paikalla.

  Non sono un amante dei casinò, ma non aspettatevi granché da questo: il posto è abbastanza squallido, abbastanza piccolo e il personale per nulla gentile.
