::Parcel with our dream computer Disappeared in Itella terminal!!! Very bad service, do not answer the phone, DO NOT RETURN the PARCEL!!! Our son sent us computer from Germany on 14th January, it was received in Itella terminal on 19th January. Itella did not answer phone calls, at first also e-mails, then promised 3 times to bring the computer during working hours without indication of concrete time. We waited all this time for the parcel , it was not brought. When we went to their terminal ourselves on 2nd February, instead of the computer they gave us a paper indicating that our Parcel is lost!!! MÅ«s sapÅu dators tiek pazaudÄts Itella noliktavÄ!!! Itella uz telefona zvaniem neatbildÄja un sÄkumÄ arÄ« uz e-pastiem. Kad viÅi atbildÄja uz e-pastiem, viÅi 3 reizes solÄ«ja atvest datoru darba dienas laikÄ, bet tÄ arÄ« neatveda kaut mÄs visas tÄs dienas gaidÄ«jÄm. Kad 2. februÄrÄ« aizbraucÄm paÅ”i uz noliktavu, mums iedeva tikai izziÅu, ka sÅ«tÄ«jumu noliktavÄ neatrod un tas uzskatÄms par nozaudÄtu. Esam ļoti saÅ”utuÅ”i. KÄ lai uztic tÄdai firmai savus sÅ«tÄ«jumus? MÄra un Arnis D
