  I ate an excellent grilled mackerel. The waiter was very nice and gentle.

  A large summer terrace cafe right in the middle of the Jurmala beachline. Nothing fancy, but a decent selection of refreshing drinks and some home-style food which is not bad at all for a place of this kind. Plenty of seating spots, but can still get crowded on sunny weekends, as Riga residents rush to catch some sunlight. The prices are alright, good value for money overall. TIP: there's a plastic toilet nearby, just ask for the key at the cafe stand.
