  First this is not a hotel it is a dorm/hostel mix. The room was extremely dirty and there was hair on the bed. The floor and one of the towel was dirty as well. It is not easly walkable from the old town (the distance of 1,6 km in booking is not correct you can check maps it is around 2,5 km) we tried the first day and it took more than half an hour walk for one way, the other day we used the public transportation. We would like to leave our luggage’s at the hotel after check out . Even though it is written as possible in booking they did not accept our luggage’s . No one speaks English. You can survive if you speak Russian.

  Do not rent rooms at this hotel. They cheat with the price and charge extra. I and many others who has rented rooms have been cheated on. Be carefull!

  Отличное место. Большущий магазин Rimi на первом этаже. Много неплохих кафешек на втором. Облюбленное место местных и студентов. Рядом Вантовый мост и Старая Рига.

  Stayed here for 3 months. Slightly Expensive to stay, it's not a HOTEL, it's like a hostel. It's hard to communicate with the staff except manager, If you're not a Russian speaker. Very small rooms. No towels provided. No ventilation inside rooms, during winter, one would have to either sweat inside or risk dying of hypothermia by opening windows. For the same price there are other good hostels. From my impression people stay here because of its close proximity to universities and easily reachable by good public transport.
