Were there in december so you can imagine how it looks. It was totally magical place. There wasnt a lot of people, even if its in the city center. The river there is just a bonus to this beautiful place in Riga. Must see place for sure.

It's a small but lovely park, especially in summers. Plenty of benches and places to sit and relax on.
