  Viesnīcas darbinieki ļoti laipni. Vakariņas un brokakastis garšīgas. 😊👍Taču vienmēr var ko uzlabot.

  Saules pusē bija ļoti karsti, ar visu ventilātoru, nevarēju pagulēt. Bet tā tīrs, kārtīgs. Lejā kafejnīca, garšīgi var paēst.

  This hotel is very functional. Good shower, wet room shower and in central Balvi which is the main town in the district; so many shops nearby. It has a café attached which does nice food :). The staff at the cafè and the hotel are very friendly. Their English isn't perfect for international travellers but you can communicate with them quite easily. A few negatives of the hotel is that the room is quite small and their are a lot of flies which get in your room when you open the window. It could do with some net to prevent them from coming in. However that being said it is very functional and in a great location!
