::I really don't understand the 5 star ratings. Cocktails consists of 50% ice and 20% syrup, which on average costs 6 eur. It is very small space and get's crowded fast.

::Best place to try Latvian traditional liquor Rīgas balzams! They offer a wide variety of cocktails based on this liquor. Place is perfectly located at the heart of old town, behind the Doma cathedral. Although it is called a bar, they have great food menu. Don't miss the desserts! Perfect chocolate fondant. They also have live music performances. However the best part was the service. We had a charming waitress with the best sense of humour!
