::Extremely poor customer service experience. Weak communication, low English skills, generic cost estimation, not precise explanations and info either not precise or provided only at the last minute. Feeling of a cash machine not much focus on overall quality and on customers. Only "plus" to the clinic coordinator, doing her best to compensate the above.
