::The Place is nice and location is great! But food is below average - potato pancakes are overfried, the only taste you feel is a taste frying fat. We just left the place and very much disappointed. And the service was very slow though they were not busy at all. I gave it 1 star only because of their Rigas balsam coctail. Do not recommend it for food at all maybe to hangout for drinks.
