  Don't forget to bring the credit card you've paid for your tickets with or they might not let you on board. My gf had to waste over an hour to get back home to prove she wasn't a scam. Also the lady at the desk said literally "it is your problem, if you tick the box and don't real the rules", which was quite unprofessional and we never received an apology for her behaviour. Otherwise service was ok, cafes on ferry are a bit expensive, so I would recommend bringing some food with you to avoid loosing money unnecessarily.
