  Really bad administration.Give me my 100 eur deposit back!It has been three months!And do not try to make the situation look like it is not your fault.It is your direct responsibility to ask the customer for the correct details as to where the money should be send back.(I do not do any of the money transfers, hence no idea how it should be done). The administration person(who took the money from me )saw my card,I did ask her what details does she need,and then gave her the details that she required. Then it turned out you need some more details,so I had to go to bank twice.Still something went wrong with the transaction.I am still waiting for my money

  The amenities in the rooms are nice, but the walls are thin and the window above the bed had a bad draft. Also, the walk from the apartment building to the management building is tedious. It's a 14-20 minute walk round trip.

  Clean and pretty rooms but noisy because there is very thin walls. You can hear neighbors very well and we woke up every night many times because of loud noises... good breakfast place next door where you get hotel discount.

  Vorweg - Das Hotel / das Appartments hat kein eigenes Resturant wie es so schön vermarktet wird. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Resturantkette "Libo" . Diese gehört aber nicht zum Hotel es wird auf den Hotelseiten mit falschen angaben geworben! Bei unserem Aufenthalt war die Heizung defekt. Beim Versuch diese stärker zu stellen wurde das Zimmer geflutet - durften dann gut 1 1/2 Stunden warten bis der Klempner kam. Bei Minustemperaturen nicht so toll. Beim Auschecken wurde uns ein defektes Glas von der Kaution abgezogen. ( 6€) - welches wir nie kaputt gemacht haben. Eine Nachfrage und die Bitte nach einen Fotobeweis blieb bis heute offen - aber das Geld konnten sie gut und schnell einziehen. Masche?

  Överraskande fin och modern studio. Rummet var fräscht, städigt och köksredskap samt andra redskap fanns det omedvetet av. Hade inte förväntat mig att det skulle finnas tekokare eller tvättmaskin där, vilket var en trevlig överraskning att där fanns. Relativt nära till centrum och rummet var avskilt från gatan vilket gav extra privositet, lugn och ro. Åker jag tillbaka så skulle jag vilja bo på samma ställe. Jag fick ett gott intryck av deras beskrivning på nätet och hade även en trevlig upplevelse av vistelsen. Rekommenderar.
