::Perfect rental experience! Arrived at the airport, called Prima Car Rent, and they delivered the car within 15 minutes at the parking, just across the arrivals, 2 minutes walk, by a very friendly and helpful staff member. Paper work was finished in a few minutes, all was just perfect. Same for car return. which is at a parking lot, only 5 minutes drive from departures. Staff member showed up, very friendly, paper work finished and a shuttle was waiting to bring us to departures. I never had a similar customer friendly car rental experience anywhere. The car was almost new, very clean, all was perfect. Best quality/price ratio ever. Would highly recommend to use Prima Car Rent in Riga.

::I had good expirience renting a car from Prime. I got new VW Golf 7 for 3 days. Pesronnel was polite and professional. Price was fair. Great value for money. I will definately use their service again.

::Lielisks serviss, pirmo reizi izīrēju automašīnu, viss bija paskaidrots un aprakstīts, nomas process bija ļoti vienkāršs un saprotams. Automašīna bija jauna un tīra. Automašīna tika piegādāta un aizvesta bez jebkādām problēmām pilsētā centrā. Es atkal atgriezīšos vēlreiz uz šo kompāniju, ja bus nepieciešams auto.

::Худшая компания из всех, с которыми мы работали в Риге да и в других европейских странах. При приеме машины работник фирмы пытался скрыть дефекты машины. Аренда машины была оплачена нами за несколько месяцев. При приемке выяснилось, что за возможность ездить второму водителю нам нужно доплачивать по 15 евро в день, о чем нигде ранее не сообщалось. Кроме того, работник сообщил, что снимут с карточки 20 евро за его внеурочное рабочее время, т.к. самолет прилетал в 22 часа и он вынужден приехать для передачи машины в аэропорт. Время прилета самолета было известно заренее, и о дополнительных расходах нас не предупреждали. Машину мы принимали под дождем и она была, мягко говоря, не чистой, о чем мы несколько раз и сообщили работнику и сказали, что вернем ее в таком же состоянии. Не смотря на это, у нас со счета сняли еще 7 евро на мойку. Никому не советуем это фирму!! Берегите свои нервы и деньги!!!

::Had rented a medium size car with these guys in the middle of July. I must admit, even though they are a local brand/company, they seem to be very professional on the international level. The car was almost brand new from the factory ( had only 750 km on it), price was decent, as well as terms of the agreement. Did not like washing the car though, after the rental, most companies have that included into the price, but ok, i only paid 10 euros for that. Returned the car without any damages, deposit was returned in full. So according to my experience i will definitely rent with them again next year. Thank you for wonderful service!
