    Очень хороший персонал, вежливо и качественно обслуживают клиентов. Доволен ими. То что мало операторов и много людей - это проблема самой почты , но не персонала..

    Персонал работает крайне медленно, 2 оператора обслуживают 2 человек 40!!!!!! Минут, после чего одна из них уходит "пообщаться" с коллегой за стенку... при том что внутри полный зал клиентов. Это вообще нормально????
