::Went for a root canal in April and dentist burned my skin so badly, that even now end of June i still have a mark on my neck. They charged me 300 euro and just said "will be gone in few days". Been two months now and it looks like i have a "love bite" on my neck. My job is facing clients every day, so it makes me feel embarrassed. Emailed me apology letter offering teeth cleaning. How would that help the mark on my neck i dont get it???? Havent responded to my second email at all. Never would thought you can get something like that going to dentist. I understand that mistakes happen, but they should treat their mistakes more seriously, not just trying to get rid of me as soon as possible.

::A fantastic large and modern dental clinic in the centre of Riga. I found the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful. All the dentists and hygienists I have had appointments with are very professional and pleasant too. I'm very satisfied with the treatment I have received from Dental Art so far!

::Клиника новая и помещение мне понравилось, кабинеты тоже. За само лечение у врача (врач хороший к её лечению претензий нет) звездочки. Все остальное съело обслуживание. Договорились что пришлют план лечения и его прислали, пустой. Обратился ещё раз к врачу с этим и..... ничего больше так и не получил. Два (!) месяца пытался выяснить цены на своё лечение, так как мне поставили только временную пломбу, и через два месяца мне сказали примерно сколько стоит. Но ни времени, ни желание дальше там лечиться не было.

::Ārstējos pie Dr. Karima. Ja jums ir svarīga regulāra ārstēšana, tad neiesaku. Kad breketei nolūza viena "detaļa" bija jāgaida mēnesis, lai to pieliktu, par cik ārsts ir šeit, Latvijā tikai nedēļu. Attiecīgi, tas mēnesis pa tukšo, bet par pievilkšanu jau tāpat bija jāmaksā. Ja neseko līdzi uzreiz kad viņš ir LV, tad vari arī netikt uz pievilkšanu atkal mēnesi. Kā arī, es uzskatu, ka klientiem, kas bija pirms "cenu pacelšanas" arī bija jāsaglabā vecie tarifi..
