  Dirty room (dust, laundry not too well cleaned, balcony looks as if it had never been cleaned because of mould). The bathroom is worse, the shower has holes in it (see photo below), covered with some goo to keep the water from going through. All the furniture looks inherited from the USSR days. Breakfast quite poor, besides, not all guests can access all the buffet items, so they have staff posted as guards to prevent guests from eating certain food, only look at it when passing by. Poorly trained staff, receptionist was sleeping when we arrived, so we had to wait outside in the cold until we woke them up. Their staff don't even guard the separate buffet food too well. The amenities, such as lifts, spa and restaurant have definitely seen better days in the golden years. They all smell pretty badly now. Good location, quite close to the beach. Public parking within walking distance, but hotel staff claimed no responsibility for public parking as it belongs to the city hall.

  Бывший "элитный" советский пансионат Химик. Сегодня это добротный отель отвечающий твёрдым трём звездочкам по европейским понятиям. Большие номера в стиле "я большой начальник" и огромные ванные с двумя входами (в семейном номере), приличный завтрак, библиотека советских книг на втором этаже и до моря 250 метров.

  Хороший отель за умериную плату. Вкусный завтрак, приветливый персонал, чистые уютные номера. Расположение отеля очень удобное.

  Очень просторный номер. Мебель старая. Огромная ванная со встроенной с сауной. В целом отличное соотношение цена-качество.

  36€ für eine Nacht ist super, Zimmer mit Balkon und zeitgemäßen Zimmer. Das Gebäude stammt noch aus Sowjetzeiten (1970) ist aber Top!
