It's a Italian chef with a Italian pizzaiolo who preparing the delicious dishes. Also the owner is Italian. The staff speak also Italian, English Latvian and Russian.

::Refusing to serve tap water: what an irritating money-making practice by restaurants. Ordering a bottle of Acqua Panna in Latvia is not exactly my idea of caring for the environment. The pizza and the wine were otherwise good.
