  Uzņēmums neizdara to par ko tiek maksāts. Viņi pat neatvainojas par to ka viņi paši pieļauj kļūdu. Melo klientam. .... Tiek atdots dators lai nomainītu HDD pret SSD. Uzņēmums sola par 75 euro veikt disku maiņu un OS instalāciju uz SSD. Saņemot datoru servisa darbinieki apgalvo, ka OS ir uzstādīts. Vēlāk jau zvana un saka, ka nekas nav uzstādīts. Piedāvā man vēlreiz, vest pie viņiem to datoru, tērēt laiku/benzīnu lai ES labotu VIŅU nolaidību/kļūdu. Pretīga attieksme, neprofesionāls serviss. Komunikācija ar klientu 1/10 Nevienam un nekad neieteikšu šo iestādi.

  Ļoti slikta attieksme no darbiniekiem - patīkot biedēt klientus ( pāsi tā apgalvo ). Servisa kvalitātē arī drausmīga. 2 nedēļas maina ramu, noplēš lielu naudas summu un beigās tāpat galvenā problēma nav atrisināta. Ir garantija - pat uz garantiju atpakaļ nest negribās, jo laiku tērēt viņiem patīk.

  Waited 2 weeks get a phone call with what was the problem with my computer and after that I called them to see what was the progress of my computer and they said that they hadn't diagnosed what was the problem and after that it took them another week to call back about the actual problem and then some four days more to actually fix the problem. Highly recommend to go somewhere else or don't buy a Mac at all

  Apkalpošana tāda, ka jānožēlo, ka esi ienācis un iztraucējis darbiniekus. Labāk izvēlēties citu Apple servisu.

  Slow, lack of communication if you get even lucky to reach them. Strongly suggest to use other Apple services! **UPDATE** After a more then month they only order parts and so that''s adds two weeks to get them. So I collected my device and brought it to Capital service and they fixed it in 4 days. Make conclusions yourself. :)
