  A small museum about the 1991 revolution in latvia. It's a bit hard to find as the museum entrance isn't obvious (generic wooden door with a museum sign above it and then up a flight of stairs, definitely not handicap accessible). The exhibits are all in Latvian but there is an English page you can read from that will give your some background. Single floor exhibit, maybe 30 minutes tops looking at everything.
